The Hertz CS 300 is a 12-inch (300 mm) subwoofer driver from the Hertz Cento range, offered as the CS 300 S2 (single 2-ohm voice coil) or the CS 300 S4 (single 4-ohm voice coil), both rated at 700 W peak and 350 W continuous.

• Electroacoustic design optimised for compact sealed enclosures from 32 litres
• Polypropylene cone and dust cap shaped with FEM simulations to reduce low-frequency distortion
• 35 mm voice coil wound in six layers of pure copper on a high-temperature glass-fibre former
• Fluid-dynamic optimisation: the spider support channels air to the basket vents, reducing distortion from air compression at high excursion
• Compact depth and no rear decompression hole, so a custom box can be shaped around it; push terminals accept cables up to 8 AWG
• Rubber magnet protection and ABS gasket for the optional CG 300 grille
