- When you pay: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of your payment, but we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- When you use our Contact or Book Our Service forms: the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, the service you want and your message.
- When you create an account or comment on our blog: your name, email address and anything you post.
- When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp: your messages and contact details.
- Automatically when you browse: technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies (see section 6).

3. How we use your information
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To confirm and manage service bookings at our studio.
- To answer your questions and give you product advice.
- To send order and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

- Razorpay, to process payments and refunds;
- our courier partners, such as Delhivery and Shadowfax, to deliver your order;
- Wix.com, which hosts our website, online store, forms and customer accounts;
- government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Where your data is stored
Our website is hosted by Wix.com, so your information may be stored and processed on servers outside India. Our service providers protect it with industry-standard security measures.

6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. Essential cookies keep the shop, cart, checkout and your login working. Other cookies, from Wix and, where used, Google, help us understand how visitors use the site and how our product listings perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as the cart, may then stop working.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it or make it anonymous.
