These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.va3car.com and to every order placed through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the website, for example by attempting to break its security or by placing false orders.

3. Products and information
We sell genuine products. Product descriptions and specifications are based on information from the manufacturers. Photos are for illustration, and colours, finishes or packaging may differ slightly. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice. Please check that a product suits your vehicle and system before ordering; see "Your Responsibility Before Ordering" in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping within India is free, so nothing is added at checkout: the price shown is the price you pay. Payment is made online at checkout through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders
After you place an order and your payment is confirmed, we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full to your original payment method if the product is unavailable, if the listing contains an error, if we cannot deliver to your PIN code, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within India only. Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. All sales are final, except for items damaged in transit, defective on arrival or sent in error, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.

8. Warranty
Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms. We will help you with the claim. Warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, overpowering, exposure to water or heat, accidents or modification.

9. Installation and studio services
Bookings made through our Book Our Service form are requests. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date, time and price with you. Installation and other studio services are quoted separately from product prices.

10. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photos and design, belongs to VA3 Car Studio or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by incorrect installation or use of a product. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
