The Hertz MLK 1650.3 is a 6.5-inch two-way component speaker system from the Hertz Mille Legend range, pairing ML 1650.3 woofers and ML 280.3 tweeters with the MLCX 2 TW.3 crossover. It won the EISA European In-Car Speaker System 2015-2016 award.
- Designed by Hertz for timbre consistency, high dynamics and an extended 40 Hz – 28 kHz response
- MLCX 2 TW.3 crossover with a high-current switch for bi-amplification (separate amplifier channels for woofer and tweeter)
- Mid-Contour and Hi-Contour switches adapt the response to the woofer and tweeter positions; Hi-Boost improves tweeter linearity above 10 kHz when it is off-axis; three-step tweeter level in 2 dB steps
- V-cone® woofer cone and Boundary Free surround in high-purity IIR butyl rubber
- Grilles included
- 150 W continuous / 300 W peak at 4 ohm; woofer sensitivity 93 dB
