The StP NoiseBlock 2 is a 2 mm self-adhesive soundproofing membrane from StP's Special Line, used as a heavy layer that reflects noise coming into the cabin through the body metal.
- Fit it only after a vibration-damping layer and a sound absorber or heat insulator, as StP specifies; it is most effective in that sequence
- Mass 4.35 kg/m²; airborne noise insulation index of at least 30 dB (100 – 3150 Hz)
- 12 sheets of 375 x 470 mm per pack, covering 2.12 m²
- Operating temperature: -45 °C to +100 °C
