The Recoil SRL500 is a microprocessor-controlled 500 A smart battery isolator and high-current starter relay with dual sensing, for dual-battery systems.
- 500 A continuous at 12 V; 700 A surge
- Connects the two batteries when the main battery reaches 13.2 V and disconnects them when the system drops below 12.7 V
- Microprocessor-controlled relay that does not create a voltage drop to the second battery, unlike a conventional isolator
- Dual sensing allows charging in both directions when the auxiliary battery is charged from an external source
- Waterproof manual override switch connects both batteries for 60 seconds; two 1/0 AWG copper ring terminals and heat-shrink tubing included
