The speakers are the same Suzuki DirectFit family as in our Grand Vitara kit; the harness and the DSP file are made for the Fronx.
What does a DSP fix in a compact crossover?
In a cabin the size of the Fronx's, the speakers sit close to glass and hard plastic, which reflect sound, and the driver is far nearer one side than the other. The MDSP 6/4A deals with both. It's a six-channel DSP with four amplified channels at 25 W RMS into 4 Ω, and it reads the factory head unit's speaker-level output:
EQ. Input, output and global EQ, up to ±12 dB, tames the peaks that reflections create.
Time alignment. Sound covers about 34 cm every millisecond, so even small distance differences shift the image. The DSP delays the nearer right-hand speakers so both sides reach the driver together.
Crossovers. They keep deep bass out of the 1-inch tweeters and the doors.

What does the pre-tuned DSP file do?
The file is made with RTA (real-time analyser) measurements for the Fronx's cabin and speaker positions, and it loads the MDSP's EQ, crossovers and time alignment. That means no tuning session before your first drive. If you want to change the balance later, the Morel MDSP app on iOS or Android adjusts it over Bluetooth.
Fitting the kit
The speakers use DirectFit brackets and plug-in connectors, and the harness connects the DSP between the head unit and the speakers, with no cutting or splicing. You'll remove door trims and dash panels, so it's a DIY job only if you're comfortable with trim tools. Otherwise, any car audio installer can fit it.
Does a Fronx need a subwoofer?
Not to start with. The front woofers are rated down to 50 Hz, and the DSP lets them play cleanly. Want deeper bass later? The Morel PSL10AE connects to the MDSP's RCA outputs. It's a 10-inch active box with a 350 W RMS amplifier, measuring 165 × 338 × 460 mm, so check your boot floor first.
Is the Fronx kit worth ₹45,000?
For ₹45,000 with free shipping, the kit includes four Morel speakers, dash tweeters, a DSP amplifier, the Fronx harness and a ready-made tune. It suits owners who want clearer, fuller sound and want to keep SmartPlay. It isn't the right buy if you want loud, bass-heavy listening without a sub, or plan to change the head unit. Morel, the Israeli speaker maker founded in 1975, launched the MDSP range in March 2026, so long-term owner reports don't exist yet. Will I keep SmartPlay and phone mirroring?
Yes. The MDSP 6/4A takes the speaker-level signal from the factory head unit, so SmartPlay, phone mirroring and steering controls work as before. The harness plugs in between the head unit and the speakers.
Does it work with Arkamys Surround Sense on the Alpha?

Is a subwoofer included?
