Deaf Bonce MFA-4.320 Review: 320 W x 4 for 300 W-Class SPL Midrange
Updated: Oct 6
The Deaf Bonce MFA-4.320 is the most powerful amplifier in the Machete MFA four-channel range: Class D, rated at 320 W RMS x 4 into 4 ohm and 480 W x 4 into 2 ohm at 14.4 V, with 960 W x 2 bridged into 4 ohm. At ₹59,990 MRP it shares the top of our Deaf Bonce four-channel price list with the Apocalypse AAB-500.4D. It suits 300 W-class SPL mids, one per channel, and can bridge into a 1,200 W subwoofer. Today's price is on our MFA-4.320 product page.

Summary
320 W per channel into 4 ohm suits Deaf Bonce's 300 W mids such as the AP-M67AC, AP-M81AC and AP-M67AN.
At 2 ohm, two 300 W mids per channel run at about 240 W each, comfortably inside their rating.
Its 1,920 W total at 2 ohm all passes through a 4 AWG terminal, so wiring quality matters.
We found no owner reviews or independent tests when we checked in October 2026.

Matched to 300 W midrange
The most powerful Deaf Bonce mids we sell are rated at 300 W RMS: the 6.5-inch Apocalypse AP-M67AC, the 8-inch AP-M81AC and the neodymium AP-M67AN, all 4-ohm. The MFA-4.320's 320 W per channel is the closest match among the Deaf Bonce four-channels we sell; the next model down, the MFA-4.220, stops at 220 W.
Our listings for the AP-M67AC and AP-M81AC suggest a 250–350 Hz high-pass at 12 dB/oct and a low-pass between 8 and 12 kHz. The MFA-4.320's filters span 50 Hz to 12 kHz and can work together, so the amplifier itself can shape that band when all four channels drive mids.
Two mids per channel, or mids and a sub
At 2 ohm each channel makes 480 W, so two 4-ohm 300 W mids in parallel would each see about 240 W, leaving headroom below their rating. That gives an eight-mid layout for a serious loud-SQL or SPL front stage.
Alternatively, bridge channels 3 and 4: 960 W into a 4-ohm minimum. A Machete MF-12R or 15-inch MF-15R in dual 2-ohm form, each rated at 1,200 W, presents 4 ohm with its coils in series and sits comfortably on that output, while channels 1 and 2 drive a pair of 300 W mids.
Feeding it: wiring, voltage and heat
Four channels at 480 W add up to 1,920 W into 2 ohm, the largest total in the MFA four-channel range, through the same 4 AWG input terminal as the smallest MFA-4.80. That is a lot of current for one 4 AWG run, so keep it short, use full-copper cable, fuse close to the battery and make the ground as solid as the positive. The Big 3 upgrade is a sensible baseline here, and a higher-output alternator is worth discussing if you'll play loud at idle with the AC on, since Deaf Bonce gives no 12 V figure.
The chassis is long at 317 mm but only 55 mm tall, so it can sit flat on a boot floor board or behind a seat. Leave air around it and keep it out of direct sun.
What owners and reviewers say about the Deaf Bonce MFA-4.320
When we checked in October 2026, we found no owner reviews or independent tests. Alphard Group's Russian store lists the MFA-4.320 with the same specifications and a product video, but no customer reviews.
The Steve Meade Designs forum has threads on Deaf Bonce subwoofers and mids but none on the Machete MFA amplifiers, and several review sites were not reachable for us. We would rather say that plainly than guess. If you run an MFA-4.320, tell us how it has held up.
MFA-4.320 vs AAB-500.4D and MFA-4.220
The Apocalypse AAB-500.4D costs the same ₹59,990. The MFA-4.320 makes clearly more into 4-ohm and 2-ohm loads: 320 W against 200 W at 4 ohm and 480 W against 320 W at 2 ohm, and its filters reach 12 kHz where the AAB's stop at 6 kHz. The AAB answers with 1-ohm stability, a 105 dB signal-to-noise rating against 90 dB, 8 AWG speaker terminals and 1,000 W bridged into 2 ohm.
The MFA-4.220 (₹49,990) saves ₹10,000 and suits 200 W mids, but at 220 W per channel it is underpowered for the 300 W models.
Who should buy it, and who shouldn't
Buy the MFA-4.320 if you run 300 W-class 4-ohm mids, want up to eight mids at 2 ohm, or a pair of big mids plus a 1,200 W sub from one amplifier, and you will do the electrical work properly.
Look elsewhere if you want 1-ohm mid walls, where the AAB-500.4D fits, or your mids are rated at 200 W or less, where the MFA-4.220 or MFA-4.180 cost less and match better.
Installation notes for Indian cars
Speaker-level inputs are not listed, so a factory touchscreen head unit needs a converter such as the Machete M6C or the M8-DSP. Big SPL mids need rigid mounting, often custom baffles or kick pods, and well-damped doors to make the most of 320 W. Set the gain with a test tone and protect the mids with the high-pass before playing loud. VA3 Car Studio in Ghaziabad offers professional installation and can make door baffles or pods for the mids.
Price and where to buy
The Deaf Bonce MFA-4.320 carries an MRP of ₹59,990. VA3 Car Studio often sells below MRP, so check the latest price on our Machete MFA-4.320 product page. Every amplifier we sell is a genuine Deaf Bonce product.
The bottom line
The MFA-4.320 is the MFA range's answer to 300 W mids: the right power per channel, useful 2-ohm and bridged options, and filters that can shape the midrange band. At the same MRP it out-powers the AAB-500.4D into 4 and 2 ohm. With no owner reviews yet, buy it on its figures and budget for proper wiring.
Deaf Bonce MFA-4.320 FAQ
What speakers does the Deaf Bonce MFA-4.320 suit?
Deaf Bonce's 300 W 4-ohm mids, one per channel: the AP-M67AC, AP-M81AC and AP-M67AN. At 2 ohm, two of them per channel would each see about 240 W.
Should I buy the MFA-4.320 or the AAB-500.4D?
They share the same ₹59,990 MRP. The MFA-4.320 makes more power at 4 and 2 ohm and its filters reach 12 kHz against the AAB's 6 kHz; the AAB-500.4D is the one to choose for 1-ohm loads or its higher signal-to-noise rating.
What power wiring does the MFA-4.320 need?
Its input terminal takes 4 AWG and it can deliver 1,920 W in total at 2 ohm, so use a short full-copper run, a fuse close to the battery and the Big 3 upgrade. Deaf Bonce publishes no fuse rating.
